RETURN POLICY

At California Wine Works, LLC, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. If your wine is flawed, it will be replaced. Please retain the cork from flawed bottles, as it may be requested for testing. While we do not offer returns on wine purchases due to the perishable nature of the product, we will make our best effort to ensure your happiness with our wines.
 
Wine Club memberships must be cancelled 30 days prior to club shipment processing dates to avoid incurring charges. Once a charge has been processed, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the return credit.
