Tasting Notes: Refreshingly crisp flavors and aromas of citrus, pear, kiwi and pineapple followed by delicate undertones of honey and toasty oak on the finish. 20% malolactic fermentation. 100% Chardonnay. Stainless steel fermented, barrel aged in 10% new French oak for 9 months.

Pairing: Excellent with rich shellfish (lobster and crab) or sea bass. Perfect complement to seafood bisque and rich pastas in garlic or cream sauces.
