Tasting Notes: Jammy and fruit forward in style with flavors of black cherry, currants & red licorice and aromas of mocha, leather, violets & vanilla. Medium tannins and a toasty lingering finish. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petite Sirah. Barrel aged in 20% new French oak for over 9 months.

Pairing Recommendation: Wine braised beef short ribs, Roasted duck breast and Osso Bucco are perfect paired with our Reserve Cabernet.
